IQ Resource Group is partnering with a leading company in Fridley, MN to hire an experienced  Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor

Compensation:

 $80,000–$100,000 per year

Schedule:

 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on daily needs)

Note:

 On-call availability may be required.

Position Summary:

The EHS Supervisor will lead the development and implementation of safety initiatives across the distribution center, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, reducing risk, and driving continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety practices.
