PSE's Customer Energy Mgmt & Renewables team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open EES Program Manager position!
Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.
This role supports PSE’s pilot work to better understand targeted customer electrification. PSE’s Customer Energy Management group is a major contributor to these goals by empowering customers to make informed energy choices via a cohesive set of financial incentives, technical assistance, and participation opportunities.
PSE is running pilots to better understand targeted electrification in various customer segments, including low income, multi-family, commercial & industrial, and fuel conversions in a gas constrained area.
You will be responsible for day to day implementation of the Pilot Program. There are six delivery channels requiring your management and oversight:
(1) co-deployment of heat pumps within the existing home weatherization assistance program
(2) heat pump conversions in a constrained gas capacity neighborhood
(3) income qualified fuel switching heat pump rebate
(4) integration of fuel switching within the small business direct install program
(6) commercial & industrial grants for system fuel switching
The Program Manager will participate in all relevant program planning exercises including (but not limited to) goal setting, budget planning, market research, evaluation activities, and business case development. They will Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in order to better serve our customers through innovative program design and implementation. They support program marketing and outreach campaigns for successful customer engagement.

The pay range for this position is $91,100.00 - $151,600.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
