Economic Development Intern

PowerSouth Energy Cooperative provides a learning environment for economic development interns. Intern must be a student at a four-year university and progressing toward a degree in the field of general business, marketing, economics, planning, geography, public administration, management or a related field. The internship must be under the auspices of or sanctioned by the university. In some cases, graduating seniors will be considered. The intern will assist the External Affairs group with duties as assigned and work to provide support as needed. Intern must demonstrate responsibility, show pride in work performed, demonstrate flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules, maintain professional behavior and appearance, and exhibit dependability. Paid for holidays (while on work rotation).
