Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional DZ Driver to join our Transportation team starting at 6:00am, Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from client sites and other AIM facilities.
What you’re responsible for:
•Operating a DZ Front End Truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, including client and other AIM sites
•Safely loading and unloading materials onto the truck
•Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck
•Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with customers
•Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members
Qualifications
To join our team:
•You have a valid DZ drivers license with a clean driving record
•You have 1-3 years experience operating a Front End Truck
•You have knowledge of commercial driving regulations and traffic laws
•You have excellent driving skills and ability to navigate various road and traffic conditions, in and across the GTA/GTHA
•You have physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as required
•You have familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset)
