Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

•

Perform routine duct cleaning tasks in residential, commercial spaces,

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

•

Conduct duct cleaning duties such as HRV maintenance, central vac, dryer vent and applying disinfection with duct cleaning service

•

Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

•

Assist with vehicle maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed.

•

Lift heavy objects as required to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

•

Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

•

Previous experience duct cleaning an asset.

•

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

•

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

•

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

•

Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.

•

Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.

•

A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
