Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide variety of HVAC systems, as well as sizing and installing new equipment. You’ll also play an important role in supporting and training junior technicians, helping to uphold our commitment to service excellence and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
•Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
•Size and replace HVAC systems, ensuring optimal design and installation
•Analyze and interpret refrigerant types, pressure readings, and system set points
•Read and follow diagrams and schematics with a high level of accuracy
•Collaborate with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and team success
•Train and mentor junior technicians in technical skills and TLC’s core values
•Full-time: 40+ hours per week
•Rotating on-call and emergency response required
Qualifications
•Valid Journeyman HVAC License
•Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience
•Ability to independently troubleshoot, service, and repair all types of HVAC systems
•Proficiency in sizing and installing HVAC systems and components
•Strong understanding of refrigerant systems and performance parameters
•Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
•Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
Salary
$58,240 - $74,880
Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses.
