What You’ll Do

As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you’ll provide thorough, high-quality service that improves home comfort and health. You’ll work in a stable, well-supported environment where accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail are valued every day.

- Perform duct cleaning services for residential and commercial customers

- Accurately complete job proposals and documentation

- Provide air quality solutions to clientele

- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried service vehicle

- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

- Communicate clearly with customers about services performed

- Support team success by working with dispatchers and customer service representatives

- Participate in scheduled training, meetings, and skill-building sessions

- Mentor apprentices to support accurate, efficient service work

What You Bring to the Team

- 1+ year duct cleaning experience preferred (or related HVAC service experience)

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving ability

- Reliability, honesty, and commitment to quality craftsmanship

- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role

- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
