Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires adherence to safety regulations, effective route planning. this role may occasionally complete uber etc and unlimited earning potential
Responsibilities
•
Safely operate vehicle to transport goods to desired destination
•
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
•
Load and unload
•
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
•
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
•
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
•
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
•
Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Skills
•
Proficient in route driving with a strong understanding of local traffic patterns.
•
Experience with loading and unloading cargo safely and efficiently.
•
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
•
Experience using pallet jacks for material handling is a plus.
•
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
•
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial.
•
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
•
Must pass a background check
