Job Overview

As a Trash Collector, your main responsibility will be to go door to door within assigned neighborhoods or apartment complexes to collect residents' trash bags. You'll load trash into our trailers and dispose of it at an on-site compactor. This is an active, fast-paced role that requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Collect trash bags from outside residents’ doors and place them into the company trailer.

•

Transport collected trash to the compactor or designated disposal site on location.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while on route.

•

Ensure proper handling of trash to prevent spills or messes.

•

Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

•

Interact professionally with residents and provide excellent customer service when needed.

•

Stay active and on-the-move, ensuring all homes in your route are serviced.

Qualifications:

•

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.).

•

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

•

Must have an active driver’s license and a personal vehicle to commute to and from work.

•

A positive attitude and willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

•

Previous experience in a physical, labor-intensive role is a plus but not required.
