Drafter/CAD Programmer

Responsibilities

- Develop and prepare detailed drawings and schematics for mechanical systems using CAD software.

- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.

- Utilize software such as AutoCad to create accurate designs.

- Draft layouts for construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

- Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and/or customers with updated changes in project scope.

- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions for future reference.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD is essential.

- Experience in architectural design and the ability to create detailed schematics.

- Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

- A degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
