We are currently seeking an individual for the Dozer/Excavator Operator position to float between 3 locations in Northwest Arkansas - Springdale, Fayetteville and Gravette in Arkansas. The successful candidate for this position will have experience operating heavy machinery and an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

•

Operate an excavator and/or dozer with a high degree of competency, skill and proficiency in challenging and unique terrain environments

•

Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management

•

Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies

•

Effective communication skills applicable to position.

•

Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.

•

Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

•

Assist with other duties at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery preferred

•

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises

•

Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required

•

Ability to learn new tasks quickly

•

Pass pre-employment drug screen

•

Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document

•

Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed
