- Provide good customer service by answering general division order questions from the owner relations hotline and email. Escalate irregular or complex requests to the appropriate analyst in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain owner identifiers in both Land and Accounting systems.
- Prepare, sort and mail division orders to interest owners.
- Process executed division orders by recording returned dates and making necessary changes to owner number such address and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) in the database.
- Complete general administrative duties like scan documents, make labels, data entry, make copies and file.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
List and describe the required factors (i.e. knowledge, skills, abilities, software programs), that are needed for this role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and Excel and basic knowledge of Adobe products.
- Basic use/operation of standard office equipment.

- Job is primarily performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
