Distribution Operations Administrative Intern

What You Can Expect

As the Distribution Intern, you will support the operations team that provides distribution of chilled water, electricity, steam and water to The University of Iowa. This group maintains the cabling, controls network, metering, piping, pumping, substation, tunnel and vault systems that comprise the distribution systems. You will also focus on inventory tracking and procurement, and management of various assets and processes supporting operations, using a variety of computer programs.

Maintain equipment inventory databases under the guidance of Distribution management and planning staff, using spreadsheets, databases, CMMS, or ArcGIS as appropriate

What You’ll Bring

A proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Additional Details

Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Hourly Range: $21.00 – $27.00 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
