Job Summary
Pinnergy is a diversified energy services company with a broad and comprehensive service offering to customers throughout Texas and Louisiana and is one of the largest independent oilfield service companies in its industry. Pinnergy has an immediate opening for a Disposal Manager for its West Texas, TX location area (Rankin, Big Lake). This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing our two area disposals. You will be responsible for managing personnel, training, scheduling, and maintenance.
Job duties and responsibilities:
•
Responsible for overseeing our two area disposals.
•
You must have the ability to diagnose downhole pump systems.
•
Be able to fix issues and come up with solutions to limit disposal down time.
•
Keep up to date on all disposal’s maintenance, records, and regulatory compliance.
•
Oversee facilities and repairs.
•
You will be responsible for managing and leading a group of 5 or more employees.
•
You must be able to report complete accurate reports on disposal, equipment, and personnel.
•
Ensure compliance with all safety policies.
•
Assume additional job duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
•
High School diploma or equivalent.
•
College a plus
•
Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating and maintaining an SWD.
•
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Have basic electrical knowledge.
•
Solid computer and reporting skills.
•
Must be customer service minded.
Requirements
•
Must have current driver’s license.
•
Required to work an on-call schedule.
•
Must have solid computer skills.
•
Have had prior experience with rebuild and operations of H pumps, PD pumps and Centrifugal pumps.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
