Job Summary
The Director of Treasury (the “Position”) will be primarily responsible for coordinating the Company’s debt financing transactions and managing the Company’s revolving credit facility. The Position will also be significantly involved in supporting the Company’s Commodity Risk Management functions. The Director of Treasury will be required to serve as a professional and outward-facing resource for the Company’s lenders, creditors and hedge counterparties.
Responsibilities
•Serve as Project Manager on Diversified debt financings including new Asset Backed Securitizations (“ABS”), the existing Revolving Credit Facility and M&A-related financings.
•Coordinate semi-annual credit facility redeterminations with agent bank for the Company’s $1.5 Billion revolving credit facility, involving negotiations around covenant packages and reserve engineering-driven borrowing base calculations.
•Coordinate structured commodity-linked financings in close partnership with other Diversified commodity risk management team members.
•Assist with various commodity derivative functions including strategy, trade execution and hedge compliance analysis.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for credit investors and counterparties including ABS investors, commercial bank coverage and commodity sales.
•Conduct Debt Facility modeling, including analyzing debt structures and repayment schedules as well as evaluating the impact of debt on the organization’s financial health.
•Assist with the preparation of materials required for various presentations including board package, semi-annual bank meetings and rating agency surveillance work.
•Work closely with Diversified’s Financial Planning & Analysis group to ensure accuracy of underwriting models associated with debt financings
•Supports various Corporate Finance projects and requests related to, but not limited to, capital markets, rating agencies, peer benchmarking, etc.

•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
•Minimum 5 years' experience in Treasury or Banking functions
•MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
•Experience in Oil & Gas (E&P) a plus
•CFA Level 1 or higher a plus
