Job Summary
The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for providing support in the management of the company’s financial transactions, cash flow, and banking activities. This role involves a range of administrative and financial tasks, with a heightened need for accuracy and organizational skills. Responsible for dealing with high-value, time sensitive, and sometimes confidential financial transactions. This role is a first-line supervisory level, leading an individual or single work group in supporting and servicing the day-to-day Treasury activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Reviews check proposals.
•Initiates or approves fund transfers through the appropriate bank or payment portal.
•Supports the Treasury Manager with daily cash position.
•Manages the company’s bank accounts.
•Oversees Treasury Tech and Treasury Accountant.
•Assists with monthly cash reconciliation.
•Manages corporate credit cards.
•Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
•Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
•An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
•Previous treasury experience
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
•Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
•Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
•Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
