Opportunity Summary

The Director of Risk & Reliability will guide, shape, and manage NAES’ risk and reliability strategies, management systems and methods. Support plants including conventional gas and oil-fired boilers, combined cycle combustion turbines and steam turbine generators, simple cycle turbines, renewables and all associated balance of plant and electrical interconnect equipment.

Primary Duties

Compensation:

The initial range of compensation will be $190,000 to $225,000.

Working Relationships

The Director of Risk & Reliability reports to the Vice President of Asset Optimization and works with O&M Directors, Vice Presidents and direct reports.

This position will work remotely and will be expected to travel 50-60% of the time

Fit for Duty

All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post-employment random drug screening. There are extensive smoking restrictions in and around the facility.
