Director of Advanced Analytics

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics - the charter of the Director of Advanced Analytics is to architect and implement an innovative enterprise data strategy, driving the distribution and adoption of advanced analytics to drive decision making. In this role you will be playing a key part in aligning our organizations long-term goals with a data-product mindset that champions scalability and reliability in data solutions.

Your mission extends beyond conventional analytics, as you'll lead a team adept in the modern data stack, using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt. Here, your expertise in sophisticated analytics engineering and your ability to translate intricate business requirements into technical strategies that both drive solutions and inform our roadmap will be pivotal. You'll be the driving force in fostering strong, cross-functional collaborations, ensuring our data initiatives align seamlessly with Global Partners’ strategic objectives.
