Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Business Intelligence Administrator.
SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing business intelligence systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to support operations and decision-making. This role includes maintaining dashboards and reports, supporting system improvements, and collaborating across teams to enhance data strategy and accessibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Administer and maintain BI tools and platforms.
•Organize, analyze, and visualize data using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and BI software.
•Integrate data from various sources with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
•Design and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and project success.
•Monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.
•Submit and clarify IT helpdesk tickets related to BI or supporting software.
•Provide user training and support on BI tools and data analysis techniques.
•Implement and support data governance standards to ensure compliance.
•Partner with IT, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
•Maintain the department’s SharePoint homepage and ensure ease of navigation.
•Initiate process improvements using tools like Power Automate.
•Lead or support software development and enhancement efforts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence administration.
Skills:
•Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (including formulas/macros).
•Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to read and interpret technical documents and business correspondence.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to visualize and present complex data clearly.
•Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel:
•Up to 10% for meetings, training, and workshops.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
•Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, talk, and hear.
•Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
•Must comply with all Mitsubishi Power safety protocols and use PPE as required.
