Diesel Mechanic

Schedule:
Full-time | 10–12 hour shifts | Flexible days on/off
Under general supervision, Diesel Mechanics perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks and equipment to keep our fleet safe and reliable.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance services
- Inspect and test vehicles to ensure safety standards
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
- Dismantle and replace defective parts
- Mentor less-skilled mechanics and provide driver training on equipment care
- Maintain accountability for company-owned tools and follow all safety protocols- Associate degree or 2+ years related diesel/mechanical experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, physical, background, and driving record review
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
