About This Job

We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Ben's Global Recycling. If you’re mechanically inclined, reliable, and have experience working on heavy equipment, trucks, and diesel engines, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

•

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment

•

Maintain and service scrap yard trucks, loaders, and other diesel-powered machinery

•

Perform inspections, oil changes, brake repairs, and electrical diagnostics

•

Keep maintenance records and adhere to safety protocols

•

Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Requirements:

•

2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (preferred in scrap or industrial setting)

•

Ability to read schematics and repair manuals

•

Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding (a plus)

•

Own tools (preferred)

•

Bilingual ( English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:
