Job Summary

Forage Fusion Drilling is seeking experienced Surface Diamond Drillers to join our exploration team in Botswana, Africa. This role offers a 2/1 rotation with all travel, camp meals, and accommodation fully covered during rotation. We are looking for highly skilled drillers who value safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

This is a dry camp environment — no alcohol or drugs permitted.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate surface diamond drilling rigs

- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems

- Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs

- Operate with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity

- Assist with all phases of drilling and site preparation

- Guide, train, and support local drillers and trainees

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of surface diamond drilling experience

- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR (preferred)

- Physically fit and capable of working in remote environments

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Patience and willingness to mentor and train local personnel
