The Desktop Engineer provides technical support in the installation, implementation, administration and deployment of UGI Energy Services standards for corporate images, business applications, networking and telecommunications technologies. Serves as an escalation point within the company, the IT Infrastructure support staff and the Service Desk.

Be a subject matter expert on IT business application projects and within the IT Infrastructure and Operations group. Ability to work as a team with multiple individuals or groups in the resolution of configuration or support issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education and Experience:

+ 3+ years of experience in the Information Technology field + Project Management experience + Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle exposure + Desktop Virus and Security Maintenance + Citrix Presentation Server Technologies
