Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Design Section with project drawings, project files, bill of materials, and project coordination as directed by Supervisor(s). This is a part-time position and is onsite.
Duties And Responsibilities
•Assist with coordinating engineering projects, drawings, material, and operations among departments.
•Assist with implementing engineering drawing changes.
•Assist with maintaining engineering project files.
•Assist with administrating special projects and ordering department supplies.
•Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external partners.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
•Must maintain professionalism and effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
•Ability to manage and organize multiple projects, priorities, and communications.
•Receives instruction and escalates project issues when appropriate.
•Flexibility when presented with urgent or spontaneous requests from managers.
•Proficient (intermediate) with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
•Proficient (beginner) with Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, and Inventor.
•Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Education And Experience
•High School diploma or GED is required.
•1- 2 years of experience working in SAP Software (Preferred).
•Must have a valid driver's license.
