Delivery driver / Sheet metal shop helper

We are looking for a hard working, reliable and motivated driver / sheet metal helper to join our team. Our shop is located at 1604 Michael Street and our hours of operation are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are a growing company and want the right people to join our hardworking team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Wrap, load and deliver customer orders to specified job sites.

- Follow a production schedule and assist senior sheet metal workers with projects.

- Pick, receive, and count inventory as required.

- Maintain safe work practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Willing to help in the shop and learn the trade

- Intermediate level of Math (angles,fractions, etc.)

- Knowledge of standard safety practices.

- Able to work in a fast paced environment.

- Physically fit and able to carry heavy metal sheets and pieces.

- Have a valid "G" class driver's licence with a clean driving history.

- Comfortable driving a Hino 195 truck with flatbed.

DRIVER'S ABSTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR THE INTERVIEW

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
