Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of equipment.

Duties

•

Safely drive delivery vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

•

Load and unload products using forklifts, ensuring proper handling of goods.

•

Maintain accurate delivery records, including route details and delivery confirmations.

•

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.

•

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.

•

Assist in shop and equipment maintenance operations as needed

•

Perform heavy lifting of products as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience

•

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.

•

Must have a clean driving record.

•

Random drug screens required

•

Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.

•

Experience operating forklifts is necessary.

•

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.

•

Knowledge of route driving and commercial driving regulations is beneficial.

•

Ability to lift heavy items consistently throughout the workday.

•

Experience in warehouse settings is a plus, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
