Delivery Driver/Material Handler

General Description

● Operate a semi-tractor with flatbed trailer over the road in compliance with local, state and DOT laws and regulations.

● Organize items to be loaded per job requirements and assist in the loading process.

● Occasionally help in other departments.

Work Experience Requirements

● Must be familiar with safety procedures.

● Must have basic organizational skills.

● Must be competent in material identification.

● Must be crane certified within 30 days of hire.

● Must be forklift certified within 30 days of hire.

● Must be familiar with weight and rigging for movement.

● Must have basic documentation skills.

● Must be licensed and have the knowledge, skills and abilities to operate a semi-tractor with flatbed trailer over the road in compliance with local, state and DOT laws and regulations.

● Must have good leadership skills

● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Requires standing, sitting, bending, squatting and twisting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,480.00 - $52,000.00 per year
