Overview:
The position of Deepwater I&E/Compliance Technician involves maintaining control systems on the platform, including calibration of equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and complete compliance testing, and assisting in the development of instrumentation and electrical (I&E) maintenance plans. A key aspect of the role is strict adherence to all safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•5+ years instrumentation / electrical experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in an offshore environment on a production platform
•Experience with 14c & Yokogawa is a plus
•Experience with SEMS plans, policies and procedures and completion of compliance paperwork.
•Familiarity with BSEE/USCG/EPA safety, environmental testing, and related programs.
•Experience in testing Fire and Gas devices, subsea safety valve testing, etc.
•Good organizational skills are necessary along with the ability to multi-task.
•Excellent writing skills are required.
•Strong interpersonal skills are required.
•Proficiency in MS Office and other related software required.
•Should be familiar with production equipment.
•Organizational skills to maintain platform.
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
•Real ID driver's license or current passport required.
