We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. Duties

•

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential environments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Conduct industrial cleaning operations to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.

•

Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing to enhance their appearance and longevity.

•

Assist with custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.

•

Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.

•

Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills

•

Proficient in various cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices.

•

Experience in floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing.

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.

•

Knowledge of custodial procedures and safety protocols within a facility setting.

•

Ability to perform basic residential painting tasks as needed.

•

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.

Expected hours: 30 per week
