About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Develop innovative data science solutions leveraging deep understanding of the oil & gas industry.

- Design and optimize ETL pipelines for scalable data processing using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Dataflow, Dataverse, and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse.

- Utilize ERP systems like SAP and Oracle for data-driven decision-making.

- Integrate solutions with visualization tools for enhanced reporting.

- Develop master datasets to support procurement and market intelligence analytics.

- Ensure data governance and compliance across company systems.

Program Management:

- Define and document project objectives and business values.

- Oversee project timelines, resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Facilitate project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

- Maintain detailed documentation including requirements and design documents.

- Communicate technical information to business stakeholders in plain language.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 5–7 years in SCM or product development.

- Technical Expertise:

- Advanced proficiency in data science techniques and tools such as Python, PySpark, and Databricks.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform for workflow automation.

- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle Cloud systems.

- Proficiency in SQL and Alteryx is desirable.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the oil and gas sector and SCM processes.

- Project Management: Skilled in agile/waterfall methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (SCM), Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
