Damage Prevention Specialist SME

Bermex is expanding its Damage Prevention service line, and we are seeking a knowledgeable, driven Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help lead that effort. This individual will play a key role in helping Bermex grow its Damage Prevention services by building out processes, training programs, and operational best practices. The SME will serve as a technical advisor, helping ensure our programs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations from the ground up.

Compensation Range: This role offers a base salary between $100,000 and $160,000, which may vary based on geographic location, relevant experience, and skills. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process

Remote role available to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
