This is a full-time on-site role for a Damage Prevention Analyst located in Calgary, AB. The Damage Prevention Analyst will be responsible for identifying potential risks and damages to pipelines and facilities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves conducting investigations, preparing reports, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks and damages.
- Knowledge of pipeline safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience in risk assessment, damage prevention, and accident investigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to compile and prepare detailed technical reports
- Proficiency in using damage prevention and risk assessment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field preferred
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
