Position Description: Summary: This position serves as a business-facing Customer Services Specialist, focusing on maintaining data integrity, supporting customer-related business processes, and ensuring the Customer Information System (CIS) meets evolving operational needs. The role acts as a liaison between IT, business units, and leadership—providing system expertise, analyzing issues, and offering guidance to end-users and decision-makers to support efficient operations and data-driven solutions.

Analyze and maintain integrity of Customer Information System (CIS)

Monitor system activities and provide user support.

Develop and/or modify CIS programs including:

Setup and maintain Personnel, Agendas, Availability, Work Sequences and Deployment Plans within programs.

Provide information and/or assistance to CIS users, training coordinators, and IT employees relative to:

Develop and/or modify Interface programs including:

Compose, prepare, and/or verify information and reports including:

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Preferred Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience:

Experience with and thorough knowledge of customer services policies and procedures.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify, and/or resolve CIS user(s) and/or system problems.

Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) or similar computer language to access and manage database functions.

Knowledge of application of basic math and algebraic formulas.

Experience in use and function of office equipment including desktop and computer applications.

Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience researching and composing reports, procedures, forms, and correspondence.

Experience developing information and conducting group presentations.

Experience interacting, advising, training and communicating effectively.

Experience reading and interpreting manuals, governmental rules and regulations, specifications, reports, and correspondence.

Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English

Minimum Applicable driver's license.

Requires periodic travel to other company facilities for user support.

Able to operate office tools and equipment as required.

Communicate and/or exchange information; conduct oral presentations.

Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
