We're looking for a good natured, hard working customer service representative that wants to not only provide an outstanding service experience for our customers, but also assist in building and maintaining long lasting relationships. We’ll train you in operating our machines and working with different metals. If you’re customer focused, passionate about service and customer satisfaction, have a positive attitude, solutions driven and motivated to learn, we can teach you the rest!
Responsibilities
•
To utilize active listening skills and a great attention to detail in order to assist our customers in fulfilling their metal needs.
•
You will be sourcing, pricing and preparing quotes, in addition to any logistical needs, for a wide variety of metal customers.
•
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
•
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns to ensure a positive experience is achieved.
•
Track and receive incoming inventory and ensure customer orders are appropriately routed to our warehouse.
•
Our sales staff actively check stock levels within the warehouse, make measurements with a variety of tools and when necessary, use industrial band saws and shears in order to cut material.

DESIRED SKILLS:
•
Minimum one year of proven customer service experience
•
Warehouse experience/exposure is preferred
•
Computer skills such as MS office, etc. a definite asset
•
Clear communication and effective listening skills
•
Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
•
Fluent in written and spoken English
•
Strong math skills; mathematically inclined
•
Regularly lift 50lbs
•
Walk or stand for the majority of the shift
•
Climb, kneel, squat, and/or reach overhead
