Position Overview:

PTM Solar is hiring full-time Community Solar Sales and Customer Service Specialists to connect with local residents, explain the benefits of community solar, and help them enroll in our no-cost clean energy programs. This is a high-energy, people-first role that combines direct sales with community education.

What You’ll Do:

•

Within assigned territories, you will to educate homeowners and renters about community solar programs.

•

Clearly communicate how participants can save on their electric bills while supporting clean energy.

•

Assist with enrollments using a mobile device or tablet.

•

Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the interaction.

•

Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful program onboarding.

•

Track leads, update progress, and report daily results to your team lead.

•

Represent PTM Solar’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For:

•

Prior face-to-face sales experience is a plus—but not required. We provide full training!

•

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

•

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.

•

Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or community engagement.

•

Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone.

•

Able to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
