Customer Service Associate

Seeking a full time Service / Oil Department Associate for a heating oil Service company. Duties include, answering customer calls, resolving customer needs,scheduling service calls and oil deliveries and Light dispatching to service technicians and oil drivers. Inputting daily service work for billing, typing and reviewing proposals and registering customers equipment.
