Custodial Technician

The Custodial Technician is responsible for completing all cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned by the Building and Maintenance Technician.

Duties

Clean and sanitize all office buildings, shop areas, employee break rooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and conference centers.

Responsible for emptying shared and individual garbage cans daily.

Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, or vacuum floors and staircases.

Scrub, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.

Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors with appropriate cleansers.

Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.

Notify management regarding repairs or urgent property conditions.

Other project as assigned by management.

Work Schedule: Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of industry – hours may be long and irregular.

Skills & Abilities Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Experience: 1 - 3 years verifiable work experience, basic mechanical abilities to work in shop area and location as needed.

Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
