Crew Member

Osmose crew member inspects and treats wooden utility pole, digs around them, preservatives, use hand tools to complete maintenance task. Work outdoors, travel often and perform physical demanding labor as part of a small crew team. Employer pays for lodging. Can travel to jobsite with the foreman. If foreman is already at job site, company will reimburse crew member for cost of traveling to job site.

Company offers production bonuses and an employee recognition program. Starting pay is 19.00 @ hr.

Skills required: Ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions. Use of hand tools and machinery. Work effectively with a small crew. Accurate inspection and treatment.

Will work 30 days and have 1 week off. Hours 6:00 am to 2:30 pm M-Sat.
