We are currently seeking a Survey Crew Chief to join our dynamic team in the New England region. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily activities of your team, maximizing efficiency, safety, and the quality of daily assignments, while ensuring the accuracy of the data collected. Your extensive knowledge of common surveying instruments and techniques, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be essential in training and developing members of the survey crew.

This role requires previous Maine DOT experience, is overtime eligible, and comes with a company vehicle.

Compensation is based on experience.

Work Environment:

This position is per-diem eligible when work is located more than 2 hours from the employee's home base. Crews can be out of town up to 5 days a week, working ten (10) hour days, occasionally 6 depending on client demands.
