Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crane & Rigging Supervisor to oversee crane operations on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with all company and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day crane operations and field crews.

- Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

- Conduct on-site safety meetings, inspections, and enforce compliance with safety protocols.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide hands-on technical support as needed.

- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate crane operators and rigging personnel.

- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cranes, configurations, assembly/disassembly experience

- Proven background in supervision, with a safety focused mindset

- Journeyman Red Seal Mobile Crane & Rigging ticket

- Class 1 Drivers license, with a clean abstract

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to travel to various job sites as required.

- Leadership for Safety Excellence certification is an asset
