Primary Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION

In-house opportunity for a corporate transactional attorney, with a primary focus on general corporate activities as well as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures for energy infrastructure assets, including existing natural gas and crude oil pipelines, as well as decarbonization projects.
