Assist with the development and maintenance of Facilities Project Review Committee (FPRC) & ENOC Facilities related schedules. Energy Northwest Operating Complex (ENOC) Projects, Facilities, and Commercial Engineering (FCE) department related schedules. Evaluate FPRC, ENOC and FCE department budget /costs and interface with manager and finance on findings and needed changes. Responsible for coordination, tracking and execution of Capital and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project estimates. Track individual project and Facility work assignments to assure they are completed within schedule and budget. Develop system window schedules to support project management. Use available scheduling tools to help maximize efficient use of applicable resources. Manage (FCE) fiscal year (FY) and long- range schedules. Analyze and provide clear and concise Project and Facility budgets cost reports to customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform the following financial business planning and risk functions:
Perform other duties as assigned based on changing organizational needs.
Must participate on the Emergency Response Team (ERO) when designated. Must support the biennial refueling outage.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or GED and six years related experience in a Facilities, Maintenance, technical, project management or industrial environment. Additional education in lieu of experience may be considered on a one-to-one basis.
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
