Duties
•
Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, ensuring that project timelines and milestones are met.
•
Job set ups
•
Pre- WIP’s support
•
DTE Support
•
Pull incoming jobs from Maximo
•
Update job status in Maximo
•
Manage/update logs, route sheets, shared emails
•
MISS DIGS
•
Ticket Renewals
•
Ticket Requests
•
Retransmit Requests
•
Handling USIC/Staker/Utility Phone Calls: Calls regarding active/completed tickets regarding work scope, contact, job type, etc.
•
Field Instructions/Help: Answer field questions regarding tickets, timelines, Positive Response, looking up tickets, etc.
•
Weekly= Data Sheets: Collect data from week prior for ALL Miss Dig information.
•
Weekly= Renewal Email: Once all tickets have been renewed for the week, the log must be reorganized and edited as needed
•
Other tasks as assigned
