Job Summary

This position supports the field and Supervisory positions in the organization and generation of departmental work requirements as related to administrative and compliance work. This includes, DOJM work request, state and local permitting, invoice coding, vendor services and material requisitions and material receipts and customer/3 rd party notifications, timesheet entry, electric service work orders for rectifiers. Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for generating, tracking, updating and processing Corrosion Control Work Orders and updating databases. This includes work order tracking in SAP and DOJM, departmental timesheet entry into People Connect and R2 and supporting Corrosion Supervisor and technicians in Corrosion asset management of GIS systems.

- Serve as the Accounts Payable representative for the Corrosion department. Support corrosion department with various tasks relating to creating purchase requisitions and releases for vendors and contractors. SAP ordering of corrosion materials, tools, equipment and maintaining of office supply inventory.

- Assist in the permit process including; processing state and township permits, contacting townships and PennDOT for approvals, billing, and providing support to corrosion control department field technicians.

- Maintaining Corrosion Sharepoint for outside contractor and compliance documentation. Support for PA-One Calls and Electric Service requests for Corrosion field work. Customer notifications prior to UGI or contractor Corrosion work.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Knowledge of UGI policies and accounting procedures.

- Microsoft Systems, SAP, People Connect, Smallworld, DOJM and ESRI.

- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are essential.

- Organizational and decision-making skills and computer proficiency are a must.

- Interpersonal skills are required.

Education and Experience

- A two year computer science degree is preferred but not required.

- Operations experience is desired, but not required
