Job Summary
SPL is growing and is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal in Houston, TX. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for reviewing contracts (including MSAs), providing high-level employment law guidance in coordination with external counsel, and advising on general corporate risk. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic professional with a strong understanding of legal operations in complex, multi-site organizations.
Job Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal training strongly preferred.
Travel Requirements
This position may require occasional travel.
Work Schedule
This position follows a standard Monday–Friday, 8-hour schedule and may require overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
