Job Summary:
As a senior-level role, the Controls Engineer 3 leads the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex control systems. This role requires deep expertise in Honeywell Niagara, advanced automation strategies, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while managing high-level projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Lead the design, programming, and commissioning of advanced control systems using Honeywell Niagara.
•Develop complex system architectures and integration strategies.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting and system optimization for high-performance solutions.
•Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within project teams.
•Oversee the implementation of control logic, networking, and security configurations.
•Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
•Conduct performance analysis and propose enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.
•Design and optimize HMI and SCADA applications to enhance control system functionality and user experience.
•Oversee commissioning of equipment in the field at customer locations across the country.

Education/Qualifications (examples include:)
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
•6-10 years of experience in automation or control systems.
