Under general supervision, administers, prepares and negotiates all district contract actions; resolves contractual issues of district active contracts; manages invoicing process by receiving, processing and approving payment of complete work; ensures funding is available for each approved action; resolves minor conflicts which may occur with existing commercial terms and conditions governing each contract. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree with a major in engineering, business administration or public and three years of contract administration or project management experience with a utility.
A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
