Contract Operator (Night Shift)

Job Description: Pumper/Operator

Position Opening: 11/21/2025 Position Closing: 12/7/2025

Evan, CO Location & Fort Morgan, CO Location: Positions Available

Responsible for night operations of assigned oil and gas wells to include all processing equipment and production facilities. Must evaluate and maintain high production performance for each individual well on assigned route. Overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications:

. Driver's License (Required)

. Work authorization (Required)

. Oil & gas: 1 year (Preferred)

. Valid driver’s license with drivers records acceptable to insurance carriers by Rival Services

. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.

Essential Functions:

- Knowledge of the production process in addition to all safety considerations.

- Ability to identify all applicable equipment, parts, and ratings.

- Can properly drain scrub pots, knockouts, and blow cases.

- Capable of supporting production operations and running a production facility timely with all customer & management reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Arrive on time and ready to work.

- Reporting accurate, hourly data.

- Read and record all tank gauges.

- Expert tank management.

- Can support production operations with minimal supervision.

- Report timely data to Supervisors & Management.

- Keep locations organized and clean of debris, trash, and obstructions.

- Other responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
