You dive into data, break down complicated problems, and find logical, efficient solutions. You are someone who identifies potential risks, develops ways to manage them effectively, and anticipates challenges while implementing proactive measures.

- A people person:

You are someone who’s a natural when it comes to building relationships—whether it's with customers, teammates, or anyone else you work with. You know how to connect, listen, and make people feel heard, especially when things get tough.

- Keep calm and carry on:

When the pressure is on and deadlines are tight, you don’t just survive—you thrive. You know how to stay calm, think on your feet, and keep things moving forward without compromising those important relationships. You handle challenges with grace and always find a way to make it work for everyone involved.

What you’ll do:

- Manage quality assurance of incident events and investigations.

- Strengthen JOSH Committee effectiveness and participation.

- Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance.
