In this part-time role, you’ll flex your creative muscles to develop vibrant digital and print content that speaks directly to each brand’s identity. You’ll travel to unique locations, work on-site during exciting events, and collaborate with a passionate marketing team that values innovation, storytelling, and creativity. Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for websites, social media, email marketing, and print materials
•Assist in the creation of ads, flyers, brochures, and digital campaigns to support marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand voice
•Work closely with internal teams to showcase company culture, customer experiences, and business offerings through compelling content
•Attend and capture grand openings, community events, and promotions for various business locations, sometimes outside normal business hours
•Attend monthly editorial meetings to propose shoot ideas and storyboards
•Execute photo/video shoots on-site; perform rough cuts and color-corrected edits; prepare final assets in agreed formats
•Draft captions, headlines, and print-ready blurbs; embed metadata and maintain the digital asset library in SharePoint for easy retrieval
•Content creation includes photo/video shoots, writing, and asset prep
•Review monthly engagement reports and suggest creative tweaks for future shoots
•Stay informed on marketing trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve content effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills:
•Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred)
•Proficiency in photography, videography, and basic editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
•Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different industries
•Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
•Ability to travel between business locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for special events
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Work Environment & Perks:
•Part-time position with flexible hours (average 15–25 hours per week)
•In-person shoots scheduled with at least two weeks’ notice
•Bi-monthly creative meetings for brainstorming and upcoming event planning
